How to Check  Dofollow and Nofollow Links

This post on how to check whether link is dofollow or nofollow allows you to easily check the kinds of links on webpages which can either be dofollow or nofollow. Before commenting/guest posting on blogs, posting on sites/forums in order to build backlinks, it'll be useful to check if the links on the  page are dofollow or nofollow. How to Check Whether Link is Dofollow or Nofollow

For Safari, Google Chrome or Opera, Download and install the Nofollow add-on on your web browser. The nofollow add-on automatically outlines all nofollow links on any web page.

For Mozilla Firefox, Download the NoDofollow add-on on your web browser.

• After Installing, right click on any page, then select 'NoDofollow' as shown in the image below. 

Any link on the page that is highlighted has a nofollow attribute. Also, on other pages you visit both old and new, all the nofollow links are highlighted.

• To remove the highlighting of the nofollow links on the page, right click again and uncheck 'NoDofollow'.
