Android 4 4 KitKat Icon Pack for Samsung Galaxy Y GT S5360
Android 4 4 KitKat Icon Pack for Samsung Galaxy Y GT S5360
For those of you who dont know, the Nexus 5 along with Android 4.4 Kit Kat have been released. Just days after that, the launcher was leaked but unfortunately it requires you to have an Android version of at least 4.1 and above.
A workaround for this would be to obtain the icons, make them into a flashable zip and then use them with a ICS/Jelly Bean look-a-like launcher. Knightly Ninja from xda-developers forums has already done that.
Just like any other icon pack, this one also simply replaces only the png files for the apps icons and does not replace the whole app
After trying this out on a TouchWiz launcher, the results werent that good but if you use a launcher such as Holo Launcher, you might get pleasant results. The icon pack is also offered in two versions. The first one has a few icons replaced, and the second version a bit more, with a little different style.
The icons replaced are not just the dock icons, but the Settings, Camera, My Files, Gallery, Calendar, etc.

All About Hygiene {health pack}
As you know, the last few weeks I have been working on my health packs. I just know my little ones will love learning about each pack. This set is a combo of hygiene and dental hygiene. Its so important to know about both so why not combine them! These printables are all similar to my other health packs, so your little ones know exactly what do. =) Heres whats included:
I feel like I always need to add an ABC order printable to all my packs. My kids love it and it always has them thinking!
I included one for hygiene and poor hygiene so my kiddies know what the difference is between the two. This is great for centers or buddy work.
These cute info cards, give the students a little info on the importance of each. Just another way to review the importance of hygiene!
This is seriously my students favorite during center time. They love that there are so many different things to do. It keeps them guessing and its always fun to read!
I love this. Its like labeling with a twist.
My little ones love to draw. So I came up with this to see what they have learned from dental hygiene and put their knowledge and good drawings to good use! Lucky for them I added another version of this for not so good things for their teeth.

Android Asteroids Pack APK v1 2 LiveWallpaper Full Free Download
Android Asteroids Pack APK v1 2 LiveWallpaper Full Free Download
Well, it looks like Ive made a complete mis-step in the sofa selecting for this house. I bought the west elm bliss down-filled sofa last year, after LOTS of research. Unfortunately, I didnt find any bad reviews upon my research, so I went for it. If you will recall, we bought the extra long 90" version, so it took something like 3 months to come in. While I do still love the look of the sofa when its behaving (hah), it requires a lot of fluffing up to look good again.
The back cushions basically ALWAYS look like this.
Flattened out. I even had new inserts made at an upholsterers (to the tune of $190, even after spending around $1500 for the whole couch) that supposedly would help keep them fluffier longer, but it didnt work. The original ones are down-filled, and the upholsterer recommended a 50/50 down/poly blend. They still look the same. Sad. And worse, it really is not comfortable. That cushion sits so low on your back - in order to get comfortable, you have to basically lounge and lay down.
Also, the couch pills REALLY bad. Given, I have not tried shaving off any of the pilling, but still.
Yes ,I can flip the cushions around on the top, and the big long one on the sofa upside down. I will. I just think after less than a year of use, it stinks that it looks like this all the time.
So, I think Jordan and I have decided to suck it up and get a different sofa.
Were going to TEST THEM OUT together before purchasing. I tested out the west elm one by myself in store, but I guess its just hard to know what the wear is going to be long-term with things like this.
Ive been doing a little research and were thinking of going with an IKEA couch this time. There are so many reviews about the IKEA couches online, which is very helpful.
Also, in an effort to make our living room a little more comfy, were thinking of getting a semi-sectional. I like this one from IKEA, which is the KIVIK series:
Ours would be rotated for the chaise to be on the opposite end. I think having the chaise would really up the comfy factor in there! One of the main problems with our living room not being as comfy as I would like, is that the couch has to "float" in the room; you cant put it against a wall with your back to the wall. So, it feels a little less cozy. Anyway - I showed Jordan this couch, and were going to check it out.
It sucks to just be buying another gray sofa, but live and learn, right?! I think we will just put the west elm one upstairs in the extra bedroom.
Do you guys have thoughts? Suggestions? KIVIK reviews? I saw Nicole from "Making It Lovely" bought the KIVIK, and she is a master-researcher (I am not), so that makes me feel good. :)
I will have studio shots tomorrow, hopefully! Its rainy here in the ATL today, so hard to take proper photos of it. Hopefully it clears up later.

All About Emotions Health Pack
So I am on a roll with my health packs! I just finished my All About Emotions {health pack} just a bit ago!
Im excited about this one, because my little ones have A LOT of feelings throughout the day. They could be happy one minute and weeping the next. This pack will show them that its okay to have all those feelings but they need to be able to express them the write way. =)
I included something like this in all my health packs so far. Its a list of emotions. This way my little ones are aware of all the different kinds of feelings they can have.
Im loving these info cards! I included 12 info cards so my students can identify/understand each feeling and emotion. Its easy enough for them to read and comprehend.
You can never go wrong with CAN, HAVE & ARE. Its a must in my classroom.

All About Exercise Health Pack
All About Exercise Health Pack
So I have been really getting into this Health Pack. A few weeks ago I introduced my All About Fruits and Veggies Set and now I want to show you my newest All About Exercise {health pack}. This set is so darn cute and will be a great supplement when I introduce the important of exercise to my little ones sometime in May.
This bundle is full with printables to explain the importance of exercising. These are kid friendly and can be used in a variety of ways: centers, morning work, homework, busy work…YOU name it! I was even able to create a cute craft to go with the unit. I think it would look so cute on my bulletin board right before school is out. This set has similar printables to my fruits and veggies set but just geared towards exercising, sports and staying active. Heres some snippets…
I dont know about you but I always like to assess my students on what they have learned from my Science and Social Studies lessons. This pack has posters on what exercising is, examples and a review guide. I like to send those home with my little ones letting them know they will be assessed on the materials taught.
I got a lot of positive feedback from my Healthy Stories worksheet. I decided to incorporate it into this packet as well. Its great for my students to make connections and work on comprehension.
Love these printables…=)
My students love to sort. So I tried to get that in there as much as possible.
I also included this cute craft you can put on a bulletin or a wire going across the room. I think it will be a great eye catcher for sure.
There are so many more printables in this pack. You just have to see! To see more of this pack please click here
